Welcome to the Pixshirts Website – our aim is to make sure that ordering from Pixshirts is as easy as possible. If you are unfamiliar with the designer process please play the demonstration video entitled ‘show me how it works’. This is located on the home page and the designer page.

Pixshirts Ltd are committed to protecting your privacy. Please take a moment to read our Privacy Policy. This describes what happens to the information that you supply to us, where that information identifies you individually, e.g. your name and address details. We reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time.
1. What information do we hold about you and how is it collected?
When you register on this site, some personal information (including your name, postal and email addresses) is collected by us. You may also be asked for your personal information at other times on this site - in connection with competitions etc.
In common with many other websites, we may use "cookies" to store and sometimes track information about you. We will combine the different types of data to create a profile for you. This helps us to provide you with a more personalised service.
We will use this information to keep you up to date with product developments and enhancements.

i. object to your personal information being used for marketing purposes. We give you the choice to opt-out of our using, or supplying your personal information to the club or to other reputable suppliers for these purposes.
ii. receive, upon payment of a fee, a copy of any personal information about you which is held by us.
iii. require the rectification, erasure or blocking of any of your personal information which is inaccurate or not up to date held by us.
If you wish to exercise any of these rights, or if you wish to opt-out of any future processing of your personal information held by us, then please e-mail us at registration@pixshirts.com stating your full name and address (including e-mail address) and providing any other relevant information. We will then remove you from our database.
4. When does this Privacy Policy not apply?
This Privacy Policy only applies to the collection of data by us and the use of that data by us and those whom we authorise. It does not cover third party sites to which we provide links, nor does it cover advertisers etc. who may also collect your personal information. They may have their own privacy policies and/or terms and conditions of use.
5. How do we protect your information?
Pixshirts Ltd are committed to data security. When you place orders or access your account information, we offer use of a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. We take steps to guard against unauthorised access to customer data. Although we make every effort to create a secure environment for your personal information, we cannot guarantee the safety of any personal information which you transmit to us online.

Refunds & Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE FACT THAT THESE PRODUCTS ARE PERSONALISED WITH YOUR OWN CHOICE OF IMAGES, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER ANY EXCHANGES. T-SHIRTS MAY ONLY BE RETURNED IF FAULTY, UNSUITABLE SIZES CANNOT BE RETURNED
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU READ OUR SIZE GUIDE IF YOU ARE IN ANY DOUBT OVER THE SIZING. IF YOU ARE STILL IN DOUBT PLEASE E-MAIL US AT orders@pixshirts.com WITH DETAILS OF YOUR QUERY.
All T-shirts are checked for faults before and after personalised printing it is therefore highly unlikely that there will be a fault with your T-shirt. In the event that there is a fault please e-mail us at enquiries@pixshirts.com and we shall discuss this with you.
Delivery times
At Pixshirts we try our utmost to deliver your T-shirt to you as quickly as possible, we will normally send your order to you within 2 to 14 days from date of order.
However at launch times and special promotion times there may be a higher demand which will impact on delivery. If this is the case we will advise you of any delays in the delivery times.
Postage & Packaging Costs
The charge for postage & packaging will be conveyed to you at the time of your order.
